Barbara Dempsey Alderman was at Purina Farms in Gray Summit MO on May 6th for the Kuvasz Club of America’s 2012 National Specialty. She had 35 Kuvaszok to go over after she was finished she chose the nation’s Number Three Dog All Breeds, GCH CH Szumeria's Wildwood Silver Six Pence, as her Best In Specialty Show. She chose the BISS’ litter sister, GCH CH Szumeria's Sing A Song Of Sixpence, as her Best of Opposite Sex. Additional awards went to Autumn Winds Field of Dreams (WD) and Mauna Kea's Heart and Soul (WB/BW).
It was the fourth consecutive national win for Tanner. Tanner is AKC winningest Kuvasz of all time with 34 all breed BISs to date. Congratulations to Tanner's breeders/owners Lynn Brady, and Connie Townsend, co-breeders Bea & Clay Page, owners Mercedes Vila & Claudia Muir, and handler Diana Wilson.
