Saturday’s BIS, the Bichon, Governor, would collect the RBIS on Sunday, while the Coonhound, Snuffy, would take the BIS and all the points.   Snuffy was the breed winner at both the 2011 AKC/Eukanuba National Championship and at the 2012 Westminster Kennel Club show.  It’s the first AKC BIS for Snuffy.  Congratulations to breeders Katherine Chappell &Nicholas Chappell, owners Charles E Woods & Tena Kastner, and handler Shawn VonPressentin.
