GCH CH Grandcru Paleo Of Sobers Col Joe Purkhiser closed the three day set in Winston-SalemNC today for the Forsyth Kennel Club. Looking to take home the last big rosette were the Irish Water Spaniel,GCH CH Whistlestop’s Rile On Fire, the Greyhound, GCH CH Grandcru Paleo OfSobers, the Great Dane, GCH CH Longo Miller N Lore's Diamond Lil, the ScottishTerrier, GCH CH Lomondview Clementina, the Pekingese, GCH CH Yakee EasilyPersuaded, the Chines Shar-Pei, GCH CH Shine’s Deck The Halls, and the GermanShepherd Dog, GCH CH Karizma’s Ike of Edale.
GCH CH Shine’s Deck The Halls Finishing one/two were the Greyhound, Leo, with the BIS andthe Shar-Pei, Tinsel, with the Reserve. It’s the first forthe three year old dog, but considering his owners are Greyhound mavens MelanieSteele and Rindi Gaudet we suspect we will see Leo in more finals in thefuture. Congratulations to breeders MelanieS Steele, Bitte Ahrens, & Thomas Butler, owners Melanie Steel & RindiGaudet, and handler Katie Shepherd.
