While some of yesterday’s competitors left Fort Wayne IN fortoday’s Tennessee Valley Kennel Club show in Knoxville TN, most stayed for ashot at the 825 points available at today’s La Porte County Kennel Clubshow.  Once again, some of our top dogsfailed to make it to Darryl Vice’s final. Both the Number One Dog All Breeds, the German Wirehaired Pointer, GCHCH Mt View’s Ripsnorter Silver Charm, and the Standard Poodle, GCH CH Jaset’sSatisfaction, received second place ribbons in their respective groups.

At the end of the day, the seven facing judge Vice were theEnglish Springer Spaniel, GCH CH Wynmoor Champagne Supernova, the Saluki, GCHCH Sandstorm’s Blue Nile Bubbles of Jatara, the Standard Schnauzer, GCH CH BlackhawkFinnegan's Wake, the Russell Terrier, CH Goldsands Columbus, the Affenpinscher,GCH CH Banana Joe V Tani Kazari, the Schipperke, GCH CH Dante Fire When ReadyHOF, and the German Shepherd Dog, GCH CH Babheim’s Captain Crunch. 
The RBIS went to the Russell, Bosse, and BIS went to theSpringer, Peyton.  Peyton’s 51stBIS of the year puts him just about 1,000 points behind the Number One Dog.
